Water-Saving Community

Preserving Natural Resources

The local water district has confirmed that the new Lilac Hills Ranch is water neutral, meaning there is no net increase in water used, and the project will actually use less water than the site currently uses.  Through conservation, reuse and recycling technology, the community will use 3 times less water when it is completed than a typical single-family community in Valley Center. The new Lilac Hills Ranch will fund improvements to the Moosa Water Reclamation Facility to add green technology for water recycling.
