The First New Village

Meeting the County's Next Generation Standards
Lilac Hills Ranch will be the first development to meet the County of San Diego’s requirements for New Village communities. Our project is consistent with the vision, guiding principles and goals of the County General Plan. Beyond meeting these goals and objectives, a Village design offers a healthy and walkable lifestyle, easy access to community facilities and encourages an active lifestyle while reducing vehicle miles traveled.

Our main street town center and community amenities are located conveniently within a 10-minute walk from every home. Three community centers with pools and playground space will host residents and visitors alike.
 
The community will have up to 24 lot configurations to accommodate a broad array of home sizes and types. In addition to 90,000 square feet of retail space, the new Lilac Hills Ranch adds 20 acres of common open space for community gardens and farmers markets. 

Access to major regional transportation corridors allows residents to easily commute to Escondido, San Diego or Riverside County.
