Creating a New Kind of Community
The new Lilac Hills Ranch is a 608-acre community in North County. Our mixed-use Village includes 903 single family homes, 468 age-qualified homes, 211 mixed-use homes, 164 townhomes and a 200-bed assisted living facility.
Our walkable community promotes an active and healthy lifestyle by combining housing with community amenities, including more than 200 acres of parks and open space and 16 miles of trails. It is the first and only community designed to meet the county’s rigorous requirements for a New Village.
A water-neutral community, the new Lilac Hills Ranch will include water recycling facilities and actually use less water once completed than the site does currently.
It will provide North County with a new K-8 school, a new or expanded fire station, more than two dozen road improvements to increase safety and ease traffic, and so much more.
